The Cramond brig was once a place only to pass by whilst going into Edinburgh, but it has now been transformed into a place in which to stop. With the help of a young and vibrant management team and experienced and innovative chefs we have changed the Cramond brig into a destination for people to come and dine with us from all over Scotland, Britain and even the world.
Throughout last year we have taken the Cramond Brig through an extensive refurbishment and we hope you are pleased with the outcome. We’ve given the place a more homely and welcoming feel providing you with the chance to relax in a warm and friendly environment no matter what the purpose of your visit. We pride ourselves on making all of our customers feel welcome and invite you to come along and share in the atmosphere of the new Cramond Brig.

The Cramond Brig is open Monday to Friday from 9am – 12pm for breakfast and 12pm – 9pm every day for lunch and dinner.
